This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work at NoraFindz (norafindz.com).

Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable

• Opened, used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts/packaging
• Personalized / made-to-order items (unless defective)
• Final-sale items clearly marked at checkout

How to start a return

Email support@norafindz.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, reason, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping

If we made an error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we say otherwise in writing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except when we made an error.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
