This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs for NoraFindz orders.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide to destinations available at checkout (including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many EU countries).

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, standard delivery often takes 7–15 business days depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs can add time for international orders.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD (or the equivalent shown at checkout). Orders under $50 are charged the shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking

When available, tracking details are emailed after the order ships. Some destinations provide limited tracking scans.

Customs & duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
